I was sitting in the kitchen, waiting for my favorite food “Kadai Paneer” to be made. As I sat on the side, I noticed how the process was comprised of the most part by constantly having to stir the pot/pan. There was no shaking, no tossing, just a slight movement of the spatula that could be mimicked by a simple mechanism. I thought it would be fun to design such a thing that would free up time in the kitchen, and make cooking easier at the same time. What I envisioned was a mechanism that could be adjusted to fit on the edge of the pot, and the slow, laborious process can be relegated to this simple motor.
